Now when a user clicks on an old email with an expired 'Leave a Review' link, we will redirect them to a screen where they can request a new link 🔄
We've updated the look and feel of our default email templates! Some changes you'll notice:

We successfully moved our Display API (https://junip.co/docs/api) to a CDN with zero downtime.
Junip's display API is used by developers to create bespoke review displays - moving to a CDN improves our performance platform wide ahead of the busy BFCM & holiday season! 💨
You can now create bundles on Junip, sharing reviews from all the component products of a bundle up to the main bundle product.
Bundles are managed in our new Product Groups section of Admin here. Create a bundle takes only a couple of clicks:

We've added more control over notification settings for users, allowing you to choose to be notified of reviews with specific ratings
This integration allows you to trigger review requests in Junip off of delivery data from Wonderment. It also enables you to prompt customers to leave a review directly on your order tracking page after a shipment is delivered - for more information see the Wonderment help docs here, or our feature announcement.
Building on our release of Flows, we've combined the "event outbox" (shows when Junip sends an event to an integration) and the "message outbox" (shows when Junip sends an email to customers) into a unified outbox view.
This gives you one place to find information on what's happening with review communication across requests, Campaigns, integrations & transactional flows. The unified outbox can be found here: https://admin.juniphq.com/messages/outbox
Sometimes when you're working through a problem with our support team we need to dive into your account to figure out what's going on. To protect the security of your account, the Junip support team does not have this access by default.
It's now simple for anyone on your team to provide us access though to help solve the problem in your team settings here: https://admin.juniphq.com/settings/team
We recommend then removing support access after the problem has been solved ✨
