Unified event & message outbox




Building on our release of Flows, we've combined the "event outbox" (shows when Junip sends an event to an integration) and the "message outbox" (shows when Junip sends an email to customers) into a unified outbox view.

This gives you one place to find information on what's happening with review communication across requests, Campaigns, integrations & transactional flows. The unified outbox can be found here: https://admin.juniphq.com/messages/outbox

Simple, safe collaboration with support




Sometimes when you're working through a problem with our support team we need to dive into your account to figure out what's going on. To protect the security of your account, the Junip support team does not have this access by default.

It's now simple for anyone on your team to provide us access though to help solve the problem in your team settings here: https://admin.juniphq.com/settings/team

Display integration: VideoWise




Shoppable video platform VideoWise has added the ability to display Junip reviews within product videos. For brands using VideoWise, you can learn more here.

Totals in analytics




We made a minor improvement so you're now able to easily see total reviews submitted for a given timeframe in the analytics section of Junip. You can also see the split between product reviews & store reviews.

Flows: a new automation engine within Junip




Over the past couple of months, you may have noticed us slowly release Flows - a completely new way to gather reviews & manage new reviews.


Flows makes it easier to:

  • Request reviews
  • Trigger review requests on delivery information
  • Send new review data everywhere it needs to go

You can read more about how to use Flows here, or hear some of the reasoning behind the update here & what it enables for your brand. Existing accounts have all been migrated over & there is no work required for Flows to work for your team.

Product catalog management




We've shipped the first in a series of updates to the Products section of Junip that will help you better manage your product catalog, product grouping & product information.

The first update in the top righthand side is part of a deeper integration with Shopify that allows us to sync with any updates you make to product identifiers that are already there (GTINs & Brand/Vendor).

The second is a new "Unique Product Identifiers" section that visually shows all the identifiers for each variant & allows you to add MPNs directly within our UI.

Keeping your Product Catalog up to date ensures Junip can successfully match reviews when syndicating between stores & sharing to Google Shopping.

Integration: Shopify Flow




Junip is now integrated with Shopify Flow. Using Shopify Flow & Junip, you can create tickets in your help desk, award loyalty points & more all based on review submissions in Junip.

Speed & performance improvements




Junip is constantly searching for ways to decrease our impact on your storefront's speed. We've shipped two updates in this effort:

  • removed some animations we had that were causing layout shifts (CLS)
  • reduced our initial script size by 50% (43kb -> 23kb)

These improvements are live for all stores & require no work on your end, with more on the way!

Store address management




Most jurisdictions require businesses to include a physical address in emails sent to customers.

With emails sent from Junip, we default to grabbing your physical address from Shopify & previously the only way of editing that information was to change it within Shopify. You're now able to manage your Store Address directly in your store settings section of Junip: https://admin.juniphq.com/settings/store

Note: this is only relevant for emails sent from Junip, not those sent from any of our marketing integrations.

Custom Questions 2.0




We've completely overhauled Custom Questions in Junip with the following updates:

  • Unified management: "product traits" now sits under custom questions as "linear scale" alongside multiple choice & short answer
  • Product assignment engine: we've added an "all button" as well as other powerful rules to decide which questions apply to which products
  • Private custom questions: you can now ask questions that will only ever display internally to your team

Junip's mobile first forms have always been the best way to gather custom questions from your customers, we're thrilled to now be head & shoulders the best way to manage them as well :)
