You can now offer customers the option to edit previously submitted reviews in Junip.
This is one of the most requested features to date & for good reason - if a customer has a bad experience & you fix it, they should be able to update their review.
Editing is live now, accessible in both "Review Management" (beside a review) as well as in the new "Manual Review Links" section of Admin: https://admin.juniphq.com/forms/review_links
If a customer visits that URL, they'll see all their previous reviews & be able to modify the content. Simple as that!
